Account and registration

Go to the bearfish login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address or username tied to your account, and we will send a password-reset link to that email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, or if you no longer have access to the email on file, contact our support team with your account details and they will help you recover your account through additional verification steps.

We require two documents for account verification. First, a government-issued ID—such as a passport, national ID card, or driver's license—that clearly shows your full name, date of birth, and photo. Second, a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement. Both documents must be current, legible, and show your full name. Upload them via your account settings under KYC Verification. We review submissions within one business day. If a document is unclear or incomplete, we will request that you resubmit it. Payments and transactions

bearfish does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing or withdrawing large amounts.
